Help for flooded Balkan Region

The charity has ended on Sunday (25.5, 23:59) and we are grateful to everyone who donated!

We have collected 0.266 BTC and 23401 Doge, making it by the Coindesk BPI of 26.05, 0:00 GMT – 565,53 USD/BTC approximately 158,54 USD in total ( Doge + BTC ).

The total donation of 158,54 USD will be equally divided on 3 parts and donated to the each according RED CROSS bank account (stated bellow).

This post will be on English as we are appealing to the whole Bitcoin community and anyone else willing to help.

In the shadow of recent tragic events that happened in the regions of Central Balkan ( eastern Croatia, northern and central Bosnia and Serbia) where towns and cities are flooded and devastated with human casualties, we are calling out to all people willing to help them with their donations.

ALSO if you are in then near of these areas try to help with CLEAN WATER, MEDICINE, FOOD, CLOTHES AND TOWELS. Everything that can help the people that just lost everything. Nearby countries have collection points in cities for all the resources which are later distributed on the hotspots.

Tens of thousands of people remain out of their homes in the Balkans, where torrential rain of an intensity not seen in over a century caused flooding and landslides that paralyzed much of the region.

Affected region

These regions are heavily devastated with people evacuated to outside fire dorms and hospitals. Cattle and house animals have drowned resulting with emerging diseases and insect swarms. People have lost all their possessions or are unable to reach them. Electricity and watter supplies are cut of and they now rely solely on outside help.
